Blue Marlin: Peak season runs May through October (especially July and August), primarily off the North and South Drops.

Sail Fish: The best season for sailfish in the USVI runs from October through April, with peak action occurring in December and February.

Yellowfin Tuna: Best caught from June through August (with good winter action too), near offshore FADs (Fish Aggregating Devices).

Black fin: Blackfin tuna can be caught year-round in the U.S. Virgin Islands. However, the absolute best fishing occurs during their spring and fall migrations, when they gather in large, aggressive schools.

Wahoo: Most abundant from September through May.

Mahi-Mahi (Dolphin): Caught all year, but strongest during the fall/winter (October–January) and early summer (May–July).

Tarpon & Bonefish: Excellent from late March through October; found in the flats, bays, and mangrove lagoons.
